Situation:

An OEM needs to utilize the full range of the transducer to meet the machine specifications of their Dual Turret/Slitter Winder. They need both metric and imperial versions and require the most cost effective approach.

Problem:

In certain orientations the existing load cells that they were using do not operate up to their stated load rating and are limited in their tension range.

Solution:

CMC provided 100 lb. and 450 newton rated Ultra Cartridge Transducers and Din Rail Amplifiers.

Result:

Not only do the Ultra Cartridge transducers operate up to their load rating but they allow the OEM to run their machines over a wider tension range.
