Under Pillow Block Tension Load Cell

High temperature tension load cell application for 150 degrees C ( 300 deg. F). The newly updated Transducer is based on the Cleveland-Kidder Cartridge design with special components such as epoxies, compensation networks, seals, Teflon wire, and connectors rated for high temperature environments. High Temperature designs are available for all styles of CMC Ultra transducers : Cartridge, Slim Cell, UPB, and CLT.

Ultra Line Cartridge-Style Transducers, when used in conjunction with Ultra Line Amplifiers, provide better performance than competitive tension load cells by increasing the operating tension range from 8:1 to 40:1. The Ultra Line also provides more accurate measurement by eliminating electrical disturbances caused by AC drives, servos, and other modern high frequency devices. The Ultra Line High Temperature Tension Transducer is available for either new machinery or as a retrofit.
