The Aximate/3 is the ideal controller for high performance brushless servo drives and is specifically designed to meet the requirements of machine builders in CNC, packaging, materials handling and general automation. A single compact box functions as a complete machine controller; providing motion control, opto-isolated input/output, and a user friendly message display via the external operator panel. The panel mount design allows easy integration into systmes, saving time and cost over rack mounted controls. |
 Three axis intelligent servo control system with opto-isolated I/O and power supply.- Panel mount box, flat or end mounting
- High performance closed loop servo control with four term PIVF controller.
- Credit card memory interface for program storage, motion profiles or teach data.
- LCD display and keypad driver for up to 64 keys in 8x8 matrix; direct connection to the programming panel.
- 18VAC input or 24VDC input, on board power suppoy providing isolated 24V output for machine I/O and 5V stabalized output for incremental encoders.
- Stand-alone operation or controlled by host computer over RS232/485 link, up to 16 units multi-drop link.
