ITT Acquires Kaliburn, Inc.

ITT Corporation today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kaliburn Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Clevleand Motion Controls, INC., headquartered in Cleveland Ohio.

 

ITT Acquires International Motion Control Inc.

Patrick Lee, chairman and CEO of International Motion Control, (IMC) of Buffalo, New York announced today that a purchase agreement has been signed with the ITT Corporation, a $7.8B NYSE company.

 

For nearly 50 years, Cleveland Motion Controls, Inc. ( CMC ) has been recognized around the world as a leader in the motion control industry.
